Sometimes there's a government printing office number on the back of the report, which means the report is printed and should be widely available.
It's really important to know what actual federal agencies/ offices assembled the report. What is the intent of the document? You would expect different themes to be addressed by different agencies (health, law enforcement?).
Who assembled the report and are there examples of prior documents? If the new report was created by an expert panel, get the names and qualifications
(Degrees, rank, and research training evidence) of the panelists). Does the report differ from prior documents? Was the new policy derived from new research findings? If so, who funded the study and was it peer reviewed?
This Administration excels in junk research and bad politics masquerading as “government studies”. The bias and hate reek.
